Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for services purchased on QuishHost. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction, those statutory rights take precedence (see Section 9).
2. Eligibility window
Except where stated otherwise in this policy, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Eligible refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- First-time hosting purchases, provided the server has not been deployed or started. Once a server has been provisioned and powered on, the purchase is considered used and is no longer eligible under this clause (see Section 9 for EU consumer rights).
- Billing errors, such as duplicate charges or being charged for the wrong plan.
- Service outages exceeding 24 continuous hours caused by QuishHost infrastructure, eligible for a prorated credit or refund calculated against the monthly fee for the affected service and period.
4. Non-refundable cases
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Renewals of existing subscriptions, unless requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Requests submitted after the applicable eligibility window.
- Promotional, discounted, or custom-quoted plans, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Unused time on monthly plans. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
- Purchases linked to fraud, payment abuse, or chargeback activity (see Section 8).
5. How to request a refund
To submit a refund request, contact us at billing@quishhost.com or open a support ticket on our panel with the subject "Refund Request". Please include:
- Your account email
- The order/invoice number
- The reason for the refund request
6. Processing time
We will review your request within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Method of refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- We do not issue refunds as gift cards, account credit transferable to a different account, or to any payment method other than the one originally used.
- Payments made in cryptocurrency are refunded as the fiat-currency equivalent of the original amount paid at the time of purchase, issued via an alternative method we specify. Due to price volatility, we do not refund in cryptocurrency.
- Refunds are issued for the amount paid. Non-recoverable payment-processor fees may be deducted where permitted by law.
8. Chargebacks and abuse
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds and suspend accounts involved in fraud or payment abuse.
9. EU / consumer rights
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive), without giving a reason.
However, by requesting immediate provisioning of your service and expressly acknowledging this at checkout, you consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period. Once the service has been deployed or started, you lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with the Directive.
These statutory rights apply only to consumers and take precedence over any conflicting term in this policy. This Section does not apply to business (B2B) customers, who are governed solely by the remaining sections of this policy and our Terms of Service.
