2Eligibility window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

3Eligible refunds

  • First-time purchases of a hosting plan, if you have not used significant server resources
  • Billing errors (duplicate charges, wrong plan charged)
  • Service outages lasting more than 72 hours caused by QuishHost infrastructure (prorated refund)

4Non-refundable cases

  • Renewals of existing subscriptions (unless requested within 48 hours of renewal)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window
  • Promotional or discounted plans, unless otherwise stated
  • Unused time on monthly plans (we do not offer partial-month refunds)

5How to request a refund

To submit a refund request, contact us at billing@quishhost.com or open a support ticket on our panel with the subject "Refund Request". Include:

  • Your account email
  • The order/invoice number
  • The reason for the refund request

6Processing time

We will review your request within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

7Method of refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds in cryptocurrency, gift cards, or credit toward a different account.

8EU / Consumer rights

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Note that by starting to use the service (e.g. deploying a server), you may waive this right. Contact us if you have questions about your rights.
