1. Definitions
- "Service" — any hosting plan, game server, or related product provided by QuishHost
- "User" / "you" — any individual or entity with a QuishHost account
- "Content" — any data, files, or configurations you upload or run on our servers
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with verifiable parental consent. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
3. Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or avoid bans is prohibited
- Report unauthorized account access to us immediately
4. Acceptable use
You may use our servers only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Hosting, distributing, or executing malware, viruses, or any malicious software
- Launching DDoS attacks, port scans, or any attack against third parties
- Mining cryptocurrency on our infrastructure
- Hosting or distributing illegal content (pirated software, CSAM, etc.)
- Impersonating other users or entities
- Reselling server resources without explicit written permission from QuishHost
- Any activity that overloads shared infrastructure beyond your plan limits
5. Supported games and software
QuishHost offers hosting for specific games listed on our website. Running software outside of the supported list requires prior written approval. We reserve the right to shut down unsupported or violating workloads without notice or refund.
6. Payment and billing
- Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Failure to pay will result in service suspension after 3 days and termination after 7 days
- Prices may change with 30 days notice — existing plans are honored until the next renewal
- All prices are in EUR / USD and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
7. Service availability (SLA)
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime on our network. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure events, third-party providers (e.g. DDoS attacks), or user-side issues.
8. Data and backups
QuishHost may perform periodic backups but does not guarantee them. You are solely responsible for backing up your own server data. We are not liable for data loss in any circumstances.
9. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms
- You may cancel your account at any time — refer to our Refund Policy for applicable refunds
- Upon termination, your server data will be deleted within 7 days
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuishHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Your Country. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Your City / Jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-panel notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
