How quickly can I set up my server?
Your server is ready in under 30 seconds after payment. No complicated setup, no panel configs to study — just pick a plan, choose your location, and start playing.
Do you provide DDoS protection?
Yes. All QuishHost servers include always-on DDoS protection at no extra cost. Traffic is filtered before it reaches your machine, so your players stay online even under attack.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Of course. You can change your plan at any time from the panel. Your files and worlds stay exactly the same — we just adjust the resources.
Where are your servers located?
We currently offer locations in Europe (and more regions coming soon). At checkout you can choose the closest node to your players to get the lowest ping.
Do you offer backups?
Yes. Automatic backups are included on all plans. You can also create manual backups from the panel before big changes or mod updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support major credit/debit cards. Payments are processed securely by our provider.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund window for new orders if you're not satisfied with the service. Just open a ticket and our team will help you.
Can I install mods and plugins?
Yes. You can choose modded packs, add plugins, or upload your own .jar. If something breaks, our support can help you roll back or fix the setup.
